A Canadian soldier mistakes a Nigerian farmer for a wanted man. As uncomfortable truths are uncovered, mounting tension forces these two men to confront their preconceived notions of justice, morality and each other. Set against the dusty backdrop of a Nigerian yam field during the First World War, Gods Like Us urges audiences to question what they know about the wider impact of this truly global conflict.
