What’s on your mind these days?
Adjusting to the new job and new routine. It’s been a while since I last changed jobs so it’s definitely a shock to the system, but I am thrilled to be a part of The Theatre Centre team! Everyone’s been so nice and welcoming – it’s really helped me make the transition. I’m also gearing up for a trip out to London, England to visit my best friend and I can’t wait to see the sights. I’m leaving at the end of this week, actually! It’ll be my first time flying to Europe so I’m very excited (and maybe a little nervous)!
What’s that music blasting out of your ear buds?
Mumford & Sons. I can’t get enough of them!
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
For me, it’s the thought that counts, and sometimes it’s the simplest things that have the largest impact. My mom once gave me a heart-shaped glass jewelery holder for Valentine’s Day. It was completely unexpected since we traditionally just exchanged cards, but it meant a lot to me. And now, whenever I use it, I’m reminded of her sweet gesture.
If you could live in ANY place – where would it be?
Right now London is on my mind, so I have to say I’d love to live there. I’ve always been fascinated by British history and I think it would be fun to live in a city that has such a long and storied past.
