Out of an abundance of caution (will we ever get back to a time when we don’t have to do everything with an abundance of caution? [sigh]) and in the interest of public safety we regret to inform you that we will be cancelling tonight’s Residency Showings + Holiday Party. The weather outside is just too frightful. We are so sad that we won’t be seeing you, but we’d rather you stayed safe at home if you can.
It’s been a full and busy year and we are delighted to welcome you back to the building for our first in-person Residency Showings since 2019!
Showings are an opportunity for Residency artists to share their work during development. If you’ve been to previous showings, you already know to expect the unexpected—scenes, readings, music, questions, games, conversations—nothing is off-limits. And if this will be your first time joining, you’re in for a treat.
Join us on Thursday, December 15 at 7:00 pm at The Theatre Centre at 1115 Queen Street West to check out what they’ve all been up to, and then stick around post-showings for our annual community holiday party so we can make merry as we close out the year!
