The creators are opening their studio/laboratory/workshop doors to the public encouraging active participation in their investigation of what the beverage experience can and will be. What does data taste like? Can we drink clouds? How would edible packaging exist? What are the influences of aroma on taste and sound on flavour?

Drop by the day time studio to see what our team of scientists, engineers, and designers are creating. The studio hours are 11am to 5pm.

Sign up for co-creation workshops –  part work part play as we guide you through our laboratory of tools developing your own version of beverage future. You’ll be transforming edibles into clouds, creating new forms with liquid nitrogen, and ultimately creating a bottled beverage completely designed by you.
